The Pervasive Influence of Graphic Design in Politics

Central to the overarching theme of the symbiotic relationship between graphic design and and its role in championing social and political change is my dissertation. A focal point of everything I’ve done this year, I feel like my dissertation helped to identify myself as a writer, secondary to being a designer. 
Writing my dissertation was an incredibly enjoyable experience, a labour of love, it exposed me to new disciplines, practitioners whilst also exploring and identifying the sort of material I would also like to work on in the future. 
Because of this, I thought it would be appropriate to combine this love of writing with editorial design - a discipline which I find incredibly satisfying. The combination of these, I felt, allowed me to celebrate the experience of writing my dissertation.
