A2 Poster
For my designs i wanted to portray the image of creativity in a way that wasn’t too cliche. I decided to use an angle poise lamp as it is an iconic piece of British product design which is used by most people in the creative field.
I wanted to use abstraction in line and typography to represent creativity and outward thinking. The lines emphasise form in the lamp and adds an interesting element to the design.
I hid parts of the type behind the lamp to create depth and make for a more abstract piece. The background texture was custom made using a fractal design app.
A5 Flyer
A5 flyer to compliment the poster, I used the same style to give a sense of continuity.
- Small amount of information easily legible.
- Use of line to separate elements.
- Information on how to find Ideas Foundation website, Facebook and Twitter.
Animation
Typographic animation which would be seen on social media. Text is legible as it animates allowing you to read a lot of information quickly.
- Similar design as other outcomes.
- Full HD video suitable for many applications.
Email Template
My email template is designed to be a newsletter which tells subscribers about the latest briefs and projects Ideas Foundation is running.
- Responsive design works on any screen.
- Custom HTML works in any browser.
- Working buttons link to original articles.
- Modern design built, simple interface is easy to navigate.
Business Card
Cards that show how to find out more information about the company. Designed to compliment the style of the other pieces.
Mug
Mug to promote the project, could be given as freebie.
Water Bottle
Similar to the mug design, aluminium water bottle which is eco friendly.
Mobile App
An app which can be used to easily see the latest briefs, other user's submissions and access resources.
