based on the insights from the project phases before i decided to incorporate them into a projection light.

the module in the middle houses multiple laser diodes emitting a very bright, focussed laser beam which is then redirected and mapped with a high-frequency oscillating mirror. the light is then spread by a lens reducing the mirror's necessary amplitude. the two massive aluminum heatsinks that are used to cool the laser diodes passively are used as formative features.

the design is a hybrid combining the technical aesthetics of a high-tech product with the reduced formal language of an interior light.
