Don't Bottle it Up

The aim of this campaign was to reduce the stigma around mental health and encourage students to get help if they needed it. I took the name and ran with it, looking to communicate emotions and thoughts constrained and repressed.

Using a bottle silhouette when talking about mental health was a difficult line to walk ; every bottle shape I tried looked alcoholic in some way. Eventually, however, I settled on the one below. Using a die cut on the flyer, the message of contained thought was further exaggerated and the flyer was able to stand out in a print saturated environment.
