Kuhina is a service, developed by Roger Studio Oy, enabling companies to crowdsource ideas for improving their operations from their employees. The underlying idea is that the communities of workers should have the main influence on the development of their own and their customers daily lives. Employees are connected through Kuhina with their leadership and each other. This allows the ideas to be implemented quickly and increases the employees responsibility for their companies goals.

In the Kuhina team I took part in the service concepting and development, UI design, software architecture as well as front-end implementation (using Angular JS).
