OVERVIEW
Barry Allen also known as The Flash in Earth-1 is a scientist in the Criminal and Forensic Science Division of the Central City Police Department. The task was  to create an editorial poster for Illustration (ILLUS) class using one fictional character that tackles a social issue. "NEWS FLASH" as the name suggest, it associates how fast news nowadays just like the speedster.
