The dream. An exercise based on the work of Rene Magritte.
Oil Pastels & linseed oil: My personal favorite pastel painting... A hand gently touching a foot... Erotic...
Oil Pastels: Lots of mistakes here. This was supposed to be a wooden horse...
Oil Pastels: A classic caterpillar boot...
Oil Pastels & linseed oil: A red rose...
Pencil & color pencil: I drew this on the couch and in a bit of a hurry. The first time i used color pencil (wings).
Pencil: I saw her on a poster for an oriental party. I was challenged to draw her.
Pencil: My favorite sketch. It was done quickly, but as the time passes i like it more and more.
Pencil: I was trying for long to draw a big cat, but i couldn't concentrate enough. So, i drew this from a picture i found on the internet.
Pencil: Travelling on a ship can be really boring. Inspired from a picture of David Beckham. I know, it doesn't look like him...
Pencil: I was a huge fun of Michael Schumacher. I drew this after his last (that's what he said!) race on 2006.
Pencil & charcoal: From a technical point of view, this might be my best work. I just googled "dragon" and 10 hours later voila!!!
Pencil & color pencil: One of the most intimidating Sith Lords from Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic II. It is a pity that you can't wear his mask after you kill him...
Pen: I was looking for some time to kill and i had a magazine in front of me, so....
Pencil: "Η αγορά του Αλ Χαλίλι". "Al Halili's market" is one of my favorite songs of all time. A man would give up all of his belongings -and more- just for a kiss from the girl he is in love with.
Colored pencil & charcoal: I don't know why i drew this, but i remember that i just couldn't stop. I like it!
Pencil, colored pencil, pastel & charcoal: The upside of a bad situation is that sometimes you can create something good. "The girl with the red dress" appears in another drawing too (and probably in more drawings in the future).
Pencil & charcoal: A beautiful moment imprints on the mind. I didn't even had to think how to do this... I just did it.
Pencil, charcoal & pastel: Another try to capture the "fallen angel".
Pencil & charcoal(details): An old ship has always been one of my favorite topics on paintings. My first time to draw water...
Pencil: Leonidas & Sarkozi are two very different cats that don't get along. A gift for an old friend...
Pencil: We were at the coffee house and Angelos says: "You know what you should do? Draw a hand holding a rose and the blood running down" - "OK"
Pencil, pastel & colored pencil: The girl with the red dress tries not to get noticed and spoil this beautiful moment.
Pencil & charcoal: "So close, no matter how far" was my inspiration for this one.
HB & B Pencils : My first remarkable face drawing.
Pencil & charcoal: Fast moving hand adds the drama that i wanted to show... Inspired by the myth of Prometheus...
Pencil 2B & 7B : Experimenting with the 3d effect
Pencil HB , Carcoal, Pastel & black canson paper : Daphne was beeing chased by God Apollo but she got exhausted and asked her mother Gaia for help, so she transformed into a tree. This is that moment.
Adobe Photoshop: The negative image from the above drawing.
