User Persona
John Miller is your typical corporate Wall Street asset manager. His job is to build and maintain investment portfolios for his clients - a stressful job with tight deadlines. While he’s a very intelligent and efficient hard worker, he feels like there still aren’t enough hours in the day to do everything. He’s also got a family, so time means everything to him professionally and personally.

John spends a lot of his week gathering information (rating reports, research, data) from disparate sources and sifting through to find the key insights needed for his financial analysis. John would be delighted if he could go to dbrs.com’s site to quickly find the content he needs, and even more delighted if the key insights from the content were clear and easily accessible.

Visual style
Style/theme ideas

Modern, minimalist data search site (i.e. finsight.com) that provides simple and snappy search for data and returning of results in easily consumable formats. Initial search and refinement of the results should be intuitive and lightweight, making it easy to make a basic search and easy to add additional criteria.
We think that the initial simplicity of AirBnB’s landing page search combined with the detailed control of Amazon (from a search refinement perspective) is a great combination.
