「姜」 品牌设计 「Ginger 」Brand Design

友人拜託我為他的新中式餐館做一個logo,並與我一起討論餐廳的名字。我們想到,在美食製作的過程中除了大家一直非常重視的食材新鮮程度以外,我們一致認為調料的作用也十分重要。我們當下便決定採用一種中國的調料作為餐廳的logo與主題。

「姜」即「Ginger」在中國的飲食文化中有很重要的作用,大家對於姜也是又愛又恨,在我們吃中式菜餚的時候,會把調味用的薑片當做其他食材誤食入口中,我們一致認為那種辛辣的味道,也算是另人們印象深刻的一種美食的味道。


A friend of mine requested me to design a logo for his modern Chinese restaurant, and we discussed the name of this restaurant. We thought in the process of cooking everybody pays attention to the freshness of ingredients as well as seasonings. Thus we decided to pick a Chinese seasoning as name of the restaurant and design a logo for it.

「姜」means「Ginger」it has strong leverage in Chinese diet culture, for ginger we love and hate. When we enjoy Chinese cuisine, ginger is easily taken for other ingredients, we bit it for mistake. But the strong pungent taste we all agree is another impression of delicacy in our mind.
