A high level review of Aquarion and Frontier.com, contrasting the differences in how each company delivers their visual identity to customers. Overall, structure is important, but for the purpose of this video I stay mostly in the area of the use of images/icons and how they are delivered.

A high level discussion of the use of stock images for businesses and how it detracts from a companies visual identity. Though useful to a degree, over use or the wrong choice of stock images can greatly detract from a companies brand identity and reduce credibility. 

A brief discussion of the need for businesses to have and use brand guidelines. Having a clear and well executed brand guidelines document will provide a good foundation for keeping your brand's identity strong.
