O maior desafio é engajar os pacientes, fazê-los acreditar que é possível ter uma alimentação gostosa, saudável e prática. Isso porque queremos quebrar a ideia de que “alimentação saudável é ruim” e de que é necessário um esforço hercúleo para seguir corretamente a dieta do nutricionista.
The biggest challenge was to engage patients, making them believe that it is possible to have a healthy, delicious and practical diet. This is because we want to break the idea that "eating healthy is bad" and that it takes a Herculean effort to follow correctly the nutritionist’s diet.
