Hot Air Balloon
This was a matte painting that I did with the concept of hot air balloons. I wanted to create a more colorful and more saturated style matte painting. I really loved the used of color in the Pirates of the Carribean film posters, so I tried to use that as inspiration for the color palette. I learned a lot from doing this matte painting, especially in the areas of color correction and re-lighting photos.
