I get totally excited about the opportunity to create custom invitations for someone's special day! Each set is always so personal and everything has a meaning. It's even MORE exciting when they are get married close to my hometown. This couple wanted a hand-drawn map of the island and the locations involved in their day. For each piece, I did research on the buildings and roads, then used a light box with reference photos. After I was happy, I digitized everything, added the final text and changed the colors to navy and white. Both the bride and I were overjoyed with the results!
