The SSL Chat system is meant to allow visitors of a car dealership website to better get in touch with the Customer Service members of the site. 

While visiting a set of predefined pages available while browsing the car model configurator, a button may be encountered in the bottom right corner.

Selecting this button will start the SSL chat functionality which will require the user to input their name and email. This is to ensure that the system is not easily abused by anonymous users.

Once the name and email have been entered, the user is presented with a message that a representative will be available as soon as possible.

After a representative has been found, the chat may commence.

On the user end, communication will occur as with any other chat system.
