For the first time since 2008 the Toledo Rockets had a player selected during the NFL Draft. Three players were selected in the first seven rounds along with five more who signed as free agents/mini camp invitees after the draft. We created animated gifs of each player selected to post as they were selected in the draft with their Toledo uniform swapped out for their new NFL uniform. We later followed up with an email and social media post with the rest of the players who had been picked up after the draft was over.
