Work in Progress in collaboration with Fontself

Elegant with beautiful full and loose are not so commons. I wanted to create an elegant type family which could be used for beautiful titles, for press or web usage. I'm planning to use it as a webfont on my personal website.

This first step is the most important for me, it requiers to be well installed, to warm your hand and have enough ink and paper. For this first step, I personally recommand to drink Tea instead of Coffee to avoid "Hand-shaking" :) 

For this second part, the most important is to chose the good size of the characters and the inclinaison depending of the tool used. For novices, it could be a good idea to know the Type terms.

“Hélas” is the french word for “Unfortunately.

I love it.

Even if it is a little word, it allows you to see important typefaces with a fluid writing look.

This step launches the digital process. I switched from paper to Illustrator and start the vectorization process with one goal :

find accurate curves with the less anchor points possible.
