Touch Your Tatas Campaign
Touch Your Tatas is a social media driven breast cancer awareness campaign that focuses on the importance of monthly self breast exams. There are numerous breast cancer research facilities and organizations that spread the word about finding a cure for cancer, but not many people know how to prevent it. When a person performs a self breast exam, they are getting to know their own body, and learn what normal feels like.
Using publicly posted mirror decals and the wide reach of social media, Touch Your Tatas aims to remind everyone how important it is to check yourself. Pose with the stickers and upload your picture to instagram using the hashtag #touchyourtatas. The more people that participate in the campaign, the larger the audience of those being educated and reminded. Through the website there is also the option to bring Touch Your Tatas to your own home or business with a DIY box.
