On the occasion of the 14th CIADE prize for the university entrepreneur, I was part of the MOISTRAP project, led by a group of scientists from the Universidad Autónoma De Madrid(UAM). The project was for the creation and development of a new technology company specialized in the design of irreversible labels indicative of excess moisture in goods in transit, created and patented by this group of scientists.
I participated in this project to create the company logo, which would appear on each page of the dossier that the group presented for the award and then to create a video that would allow us to explain the business idea. This video was a requirement that we had to bring along with the dossier on the Business Plan.
For this, we used a technique that is quite fashionable, that is to tell a story, in this case that of MOISTRAP, using graphics that simulated a hand drawing, as a kind of "storytelling video". Previously, we had created a script that allowed us to tell the story in a brief and concise way and without giving many technical details, in order to reach the desired audience.
The MOISTRAP project, in which I participated in the design and communication part, was presented with The Award for Science and Technology by the 3M Foundation.
