Surface Texturing and Shading

Created in 3ds Max and rendered using MentalRay. This scene shows understanding of some techniques of texture creation and appliance. I edited all the textures on Photoshop and aligned them correctly to the objects using a mix of u.v.w maps and uv unwraps. I applied Alpha channels to some of the textures such as the blue table to create transparency. I applied bump maps to create illusion of depth and I used displacement maps to change the position of geometry. I then rendered an ambient occlusion pass and merged this in Photoshop to create more depth.
