設計理念
四季交替變化,為我們帶來各番風味的果實,也許甜蜜、也許濃郁、也許酸澀、也許清爽,草木從開花至結果,是一段費時的旅程;築果,以果醬的形態封存果實天然的風味;匠,細心研煮之人。依循當季盛產的水果,揀選八分熟的果實作為原料,不添加任何色素、香料、防腐劑、及其他化學添加物。使用味道純淨的冰糖下去熬煮,保存水果最原始的風味。

Design Concept
Season alternating brings flavors of fruits such like sweet and sour.The lifetime of plants is a long-way trip.To keep the natural flavor of fruit, Jam Worker decides to cook jam.Choose fruits in season, no using any chemical additives.Using crystal sugar to keep the pure flavor of fruits.
