What happens when black men are determined to take control of the false narrative pushed upon them by negative stereotypes, displayed by the media and often times by the very environments in which they live? What happens when that form of control is through the media itself? You get this, the "DeterminedTo Campaign."

In this project, I was blessed to use my skills to help change that narrative, with graphic design. Using Adobe InDesign, I lead a group of 10 young men (one being the photographer) in crafting a series of 10 posters, with 5 chosen to be placed in bus shelters across the different parts of Oakland.
