The purpose of this project was to use type to form an image of an object. I chose to use a rose and the words" A rose by another other name would smell as sweet." I use the word" Rose" to create a fill for the rose petals while using fonts with different weights to adjust color tones. The wording towards to center of the rose gets smaller to depict a change in depth and petal size. The light pink in the background is used as a highlight to accent the shape but not distract from it.
