Ricardo Reis is one of the Heteronyms that fhe famous portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa used to write. Differently from a Pseudonym, wich is the usage of a particular name, a Heteronym is the usage of a full imaginary character, in order to write in a very dissimilar style. It´s said that Fernando Pessoa invented this kind of writng. What I really know is that I totally LOVE this peace of poem. It says:
To be great, be whole; exclude
Nothing, exaggerate nothing that is you.
Be whole in everything. Put all you are
Into the smaTo be big, be something to the fullest:
Do not exagerates or exclude something that provides from you.
