We began with a roadmapping session to identify user types, behaviors, and project goals, including seamless integration of the job site and application system.
Photography was leveraged to upend external perceptions. To convey the vibrancy of their workforce, Cisco employees were captured in a mix of candid shots and portraits.
The clean, responsive design embraces the way users navigate the site and simplifies the path to job applications.
To ensure a seamless user experience, Cisco’s applicant tracking system – where users upload resumes and apply for jobs – also needed to be on-brand and easy to use.
