Portraits of my neighbors and neighborhood within a few blocks radius from my studio in Oakland (CA). The project started by the reflection that most of the alienation we feel in modern city life is due to the loss of communities that support and enrich us and wants to highlight the great diversity of this area, while also bringing people together. To me it has become a wonderful reason to explore my neighborhood and meet my neighbors.
