Da sempre sale e pepe hanno una rilevanza particolare nella cucina italiana e mediterranea, strutturando e sorreggendo come colonne portanti sapori e tradizioni. Semplicità e solennità, tradizione e modernità caratterizzano il progetto Cardine ispirato all’iconografia della colonna.
Il marmo del pomello, lavorato al tornio partendo da scarti e il legno verniciato si fondono insieme creando un perfetta armonia che lo rende adatto sia agli ambienti più tradizionali che moderni.
Salt and pepper have always been of particular importance in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, structuring as columns flavors and traditions. Cardine project is inspired by the iconography of the column. The marble of the knob starting from waste materials and the painted wood blend together creating a perfect harmony that makes it suitable for both traditional and modern environments. Both the parts and materials are worked by hand at the lathe machine.
