Self Branding Brief:
To create a personal identity which can be used in the future to help my career as a graphic designer specialising in branding and packaging.
Business Cards & CV
I wanted to do something that was clever but not gimmicky. I enjoy smile in the mind ideas so for my business cards and CV I have created a sleeve/jacket for them to go in to show a slight nod to packaging without it being over bearing. I chose the colour red because up until this point everything I had done had gravitated towards red. Red is also a strong colour and shows passion and determination.
Website
I chose the typeface Futura because the ‘M’ in it is strong and can work on its own as a logo as you can see in my website favicon. For the body text I have chose Garamond as I find that these two fonts compliment each other.
