Fossus Vineyards

Fossus,the Latin participle for something that is dug up, uses imagery ofancient species to illustrate the aged quality of the wine.  Thesespecies also correspond with traditional food compliments to the wineflavor, for example the ammonite on the chardonnay bottle shows that itgoes well with shellfish.
