What is it?
Rebranding concept and dynamic identity for Section Juan, an existing non profit organization in Hong Kong catering to the Filipino youth and young adults in the city, especially those who find it hard to find career and tertiary education oppurtunities.

The Challenge
Despite gaining its not-for-profit status since 2014, Section Juan has not gained much visibility or presence over the last few years. The purpose of the rebranding is to provide a strong image for the NPO so that it can gain visibility, reputation, credibility, and a sense of community.

The Idea
The image chosen is dynamic, bold, and yellow, reflecting the community with the yellow motif present in the Filipino flag. A chalk-element is used throughout the whole branding to reflect the classroom/education theme of the organization and to reflect Filipinos “going places” and overcoming constraints. As the organization likes playing with the word “Juan,” I also incorporated that into the tagline
