'Punography'-A Project on Satisfying Connections

'Punography' - Chance & Juxtaposed

This project explored the process of finding visual puns in the everyday through chance encounters and set up scenes. These images were then spread out over 2 documents called 'Found Connections' and 'Planned Connections'. The two books collectively explore connections through image and copy-write to generate satisfying ‘punography’. This exploration process has testing thinking techniques and aims to disrupt everyday expectation and logic. The experimentation should encourage creatives’ to think laterally and notice the unnoticeable more often in their daily routines. The image placeholders seen on both books are meant to visualise the empty or mundane image without thought. The idea that without a good idea, the photo may as well cease to exist.
