For this project we were supposed to do emulation photos of two photographers that we drew names of. The main thing we were supposed to emulate was the lighting on our subject and get it as close as we could to the photographers photos that we were emulating. The photographers that I had drawn were, Mary Ellen Mark and Jock Sturges. The first photo is Jock Surges emulation photo. The photo itself was hard to emulate since every time I had my subject set just right, she would wind up actually falling asleep and moving on me. The second photo is Mary Ellen Mark's emulation photo. This was another hard photo to emulate. I tried everything I could think of to lift my subjects face up some from the bed, but everything I used would make her head to high or not enough.
