The Williams-Sonoma Signature Touch Collection is a range of counter-top kitchen appliances that seamlessly blend a physical and digital product experience. Each appliance features a capacitive touch user interface that guides the user through tasks. By eliminating traditional controls, we integrated the user interaction directly into the form, simplified construction and created kitchen appliances that are extremely easy to clean.

This approach required a complete overhaul of each appliance UI. The UI carefully paces the user through a series of steps to achieve desired tasks. By leveraging capacitive touch technology, we ensured that inactive controls are hidden from view and users are visually prompted to move through UI selections.
