Ola Corporate is exclusively designed to provide mobility experience to corporate travellers. Ola Corporate allows
users to pay from their company’s pre-paid account. This eliminates the need for applying for transport reimbursements separately through centralised billing. The Ola Corporate fares are the same as standard rate cards for B2C and businesses, which saves close to 60 per cent on travel costs. The app gives major control to administration, enabling corporate firms to customise ride policies for different groups of employees, as per the needs of the company.
Also Users can directly setup the Corporate account and use this feature to keep track on their travel, track the amount of money spent on office travel, get invoices etc.
B2C
Companies can directly register with Corporate and manage their employee travel through Ola. A dashboard with the list of employees, Car types, Day/ Time of travel, Budget can be setup. The employees of the company gets the feature activated in their Ola app. Now the employees can use Ola Cabs for their daily office commute.
I was responsible for designing the app experience for these users. The on boarding of users, Corporate profile, Ride tagging were the main parts to the project. When a company registers with Ola for Corporate travel, The admin adds the employees to the system and assigns Cab types, Budget/ Wallet, Day/ Time of travel to each employee. Now when this gets done, the employee's Corporate Profile is setup in the Ola app.
Users while booking the cab, just needs to use the toggle to use the corporate feature. If the user has a preset budget, the bill amount will be directly deducted from his/ her corporate wallet. Users corporate profile lets the user view all the details like, the available budget, number of rides taken, the cab types allotted, and also the type of reports. Depending on the company policy the rides can have a preset budget or it can be a reimbursement model.
B2B
A B2C users corporate profile lets the user see the amount of rupees spent on office rides, also the number of rides taken.
Ola Corporate thus is the next phase of evolution for enterprise transport in India. Corporate allows for improved efficiency and productivity for businesses, taking away the hassle of scheduling pickups and cumbersome billing and payment processes.
