The Shepherd's Almanac II.
After five years of some very intensive editorial work The International Confederation of shepherds brings a second edition of it's unique experimental project — The Shepherd's Almanac — an authentic insight into the modern Pastoralism. 322 pages of reportage, essays, poetry, academic studies and other obscure written word that will take the reader on a surrealistic journey that exist beyond the daily grind. It's a work of 22 authors, 16 translators, 14 artists and many many other people who dedicated their free time and contributed without any financial reward.
Now this unique non-beneficial project came to the final point. The last piece into this komplex publishing puzzle that's needed for the book to come to life — gathering the financial support needed for the print run.
The visual part of the project was slowly shaping up over the time of last two years. I am responsible for the design and typography, as well as the choice of materials, technologies and suppliers.
