Motion Graphics

Overview:

The objective of this project was to visualize the overall tone of a song using shapes, colors, and motion. The purpose is to present a visual tone of calmness, tranquility, peace, comfort, unity, and harmony that the song depicts with its ambience.

Challenge:

To send a message; “to unfold”. It was interpreted from the lyrics of a song. It talks about metaphors of flowers blooming relating to reaching womanhood. This interpretation is displayed through simple shapes and motions that correlate with the overall relaxing tone of the song as well as specific segments.

The events on screen consist of simple shapes and lines that have motions implemented in order to represent a visual aspect of a song. The composition starts with a dark background that has a vibrant colored animation.
