Spreading color and sound and making their [proposed] refresh known to the world. Energy radiating the philharmonic while taking a wink at it's auditorium structure. The heart of Downtown Orlando was moving on with a fresh new look and 'The Phil' stays fresh and loud with this [proposed] design.
