Implement Kaizen strategies (continuous improvement) inside the company Lámparas Ilumeco S.A.S


The solution

System for collecting improvement ideas from employees and recognition for their commitment and actions. It aims to generate a participative and motivated environment.
Details

Improvement proposals aimed to increase productivity and improve working space conditions. They seek to show and highlight the viable proposals presented by employees.

Formulation, planning and implementation of a system to manage the improvement proposals of the employees in "Lámparas ilumeco" and to recognize the achievements made from them.

Developed within the KAIZEN 2016 project framework, presentation design for manager and administrative direction.
