Since a very young age, I have always been fascinated by local history, particularly the history of roads. For my graduating series I wanted to tell the story of Route 60, a road that was once the main corridor between Williamsburg & Richmond but has been largely forgotten since the construction of Interstate 64. My series not only documents what has been left behind, but the sights & wonders that travelers might be missing out on when they choose convenience over adventure.
