    This is a university assignment focusing on the rebranding of Gochi, a restaurant in Malta, situated very close to the nightclub scene in Paceville. It serves East Asian cuisine, particularly Japanese, focusing mostly on sushi. The restaurant attracts people who do not want to spend a lot on sushi, want fast service, and wish to grab a quick bite before a night out in Paceville. The rebranding of Gochi reflects a fresh and youthful take to the more traditional asian cuisines, attracting teenagers and young adults as the most frequented customers in the area. Read Less
