W.M.H’s most important goal is to advocate the higher responsibility and obligation of caring animals. The project combine the resources of city park, dog shelters and volunteers to make these people who want to pet a dog but can’t have the opportunity of walk a dog in the park. People who are certificated can apply to the park and make a reservation of walking a certain dog. Of course, they will have to pay or donate for these dogs and running the project. The best thing is that not only people but also the dog are happy, dogs need to play and more interactivity. With the help of people, including funds, accompanying and even adoption, all these dogs will have a better life instead of being euthanized. W.M.H. will make the city and society better.
