Wax and hemp laces both reference cannabis, the silver aglet is a reference to a roach clip. Sockliner is labeled with his actual strand "Andretti OG". Shoes came packaged in a ziplock bag to tell the "dime bag" story and a candy green box inspired by his 64 Impala.
