The Cloacas of Belgian artist Wim Delvoye are machines that mimic the human digestive system. They eat and do their needs just like people. That's why they are sometimes better known as the "shitmachines".
The tenth Cloaca is the most sophisticated version yet, with at the end a robot that produce beautiful spiral piles. It is intended for the professional turd producer. Hence its name the "Professional".
