About This Project
LuxControl is a home automation system created by Watts - a company with more than 30 years of experience in electrical engineering. After having a hard time marketing the new solution, Watts’ managers realized that selling home automation is completely different from selling electrical engineering projects - so they presented us with that challenge.
We started our partnership with a market analysis that indicated that a change of direction was necessary, so we built a new market positioning with an unique visual identity and a strong sales pitch.
In order to claim this new positioning, we have contributed to the development of LuxControl’s new website, sales materials, an online and offline communication campaign, the construction of an automated showroom, public relations, and various CRM strategies with architects and other construction professionals. In a short time, LuxControl got market recognition and was named the best automation company in its region.
As our partnership strengthened over the years, our new trends analysis resulted in the launch of other products and solutions to reach different audiences - opening up business opportunities that previously did not exist.
In one of our “Insights Meetings” we came up with the idea of a new product that would disrupt the construction market - enabling builders to easily deliver automated apartments. To launch this solution, we helped LuxControl showcase their product at FEICON, the largest construction fair in Latin America - designing the booth, communication materials, visitor experience, salesforce training and CRM strategies. As a result, the event was an absolute success and generated an incredible amount of business opportunities.
LuxControl's journey to success reflects perfectly the evolution of the directors’ consciousness, and Sowee has participated in this path of awakening through consulting, insights, reprogramming of beliefs, and change management.
