Personal Smoothie Mixer

Objective - Create a full color, realistic technical drawing in exploded view for the personal smoothie mixer to be used in the packaging of the product, as well as advertisements, posters and in the user manual.
Step One: Create an analog (by hand) technical drawing of the personal smoothie mixer
Step Two: Create a digital drawing in Adobe Illustrator following the analog drawing
Step Three: Add color, gradients and transparency necessary to accomplish realistic look of the product.
Step Four: Final touches - add drop shadows, background, product name at the top of the page, fix some minor details like lines, transparency and feathering.
Step Five: Show the work in situ. I chose a mock up for a poster that matches the color scheme that I am using and the product in a real-life surroundings.
Final Edit: Moved the whole image down and the name of the product up in it's separate label-like box.
