Traveling is exciting, fun, and relaxing with memorable experiences. Why should airports be stressful, long, and frustrating? Airports should be easy and seamless to keep the focus on the excitement of traveling.

Check in kiosks are often the first point of contact a person has with an airport and their airline. At PDX (Portland International Airport) I witnessed the different ways people interact with kiosks. They left their luggage unintended behind them for more room, tried to move their kids out of their way to see the screen, awkwardly kept their luggage on top of their feet, and they opened their luggage in the middle of a walk way trying to find documents.
