Hiberno-Saxon Editorial Spread / AR232 - Art History II / Spring 2017 / Professor Harnisch
For this project, we were tasked with selecting an art history topic we studied this semester and creating an original piece based off it, relating to our major. I chose to use the “Chi-Rho-Iota Page from the Book of Kells” and various Hiberno-Saxon illuminated manuscripts. I decided to redesign an editorial spread, incorporating aspects like a monogram and elaborate decorations in the text.
