This is a book cover for the Brazilian edition of "The A to Z of You And Me", by James Hannah. It is a moving story about a man who is stuck in a hospital bed coming to terms with death, and to keep his mind occupied, goes through parts of his body alphabetically and writes down a story about his life associated with each of them. 

Inspired by the story, the custom lettering is warm and nostalgic, set over a background of vintage anatomical engravings that list body parts.
