„Cooking Diaries“ revives historical recipes from the late 18th to early 20th century
and features a selection from Peter Breuer’s collection of over 15,000 handwritten pages. This selection of the most beautiful recipes is the foundation of a journey through the history of cooking and writing. In order to introduce all of the family chefs, we carefully translated their characteristic language into the present time.
