Kidult Tarot, Major Arcana

This project is a series of illustration that are reinterpreted the traditional tarot cards with the inspiration from Kidult sensibility.
This work mainly targets Kidult (Kid+adult) and its entertainment culture. In so doing, they were illustrated with elements of Kidult sensibility: games, characters, and the style such as vivid color, bold outline, round shape.
The illustrations approach in conveying the feeling of each card's meaning through the setting of games and characters.
For more development, the illustrations were designed into a form of wood card, a mobile, and a roulette.
'Kidult tarot' is a fortune-telling by choosing number of drawn cards.
By doing so, the cards analyze the problem of what user's confront to and suggest ways to get answers.

Adobe Illustrator was used for the carved parts in order to use a laser beam machine.
The meaning is written in Korean on the back of the card.
