The Company of Wolves is an adaptation of Little Red Riding Hood, and is in The Bloody Chamber, a collection of short fiction by Angela Carter.
In this story, Little Red Riding hood ends up sleeping with the wolf, while in the film adaptation of The Company of Wolves,
she becomes a wolf.
